Setup/Teardown
Weddings from A to Z will setup the ceremony site and/or reception venue. Tear down services are also available for after the event.
Set up ceremony: $75
Set up reception: $200
Set up both: $250
Take down ceremony: $50

Week-of Event Coordinating
Weddings from A to Z will call and confirm all vendors, coordinate the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and coordinate day-of at ceremony and reception locations. This package allows you to leave your worries with me and enjoy your special day. $750 (If you would like Weddings from A to Z to return rentals after the wedding please add $50 to the total)
Day of Coordinating
Weddings from A to Z will coordinate the rehearsal and day of ceremony and reception. This package allows you to be stress free the day of. $350 (If you would like Weddings from A to Z to return rentals please add $50 to the total)
Engagement to your Dreams
This package includes an initial consultation, attending vendor appointments either on your behalf or with you, addressing invitations, collecting RSVPs, arranging hotel accommodations, providing a time line and check list, coordinating rehearsal and day-of, setup and tear down. $2,000

If you have an event you would like assistance planning such as: graduation open houses, anniversary parties, birthday parties, grand openings, customer appreciation parties, luncheons, baby showers, bridal showers, bachelor or bachelorette parties. Events from A to Z can help you out. Pricing varies depending on what you are looking for. Consultations with vendor recommendations are $100 please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance we are here for you.
